Should you experience a hardware problem with a GSMK CryptoPhone product, please use the Service Request form below or send us an e-mail that includes the following details:
- Your CryptoPhone model
- Invoice and/or serial number, and
- The exact nature of your problem.
Please note that a detailed, meaningful description of the defect(s) is important to allow us to process your request. We will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number under which you can send the defective device(s) back to us for service.
